Education and Training

Over the past decade, R.E.V.V. International and its allies have developed and delivered a broad catalogue of effective, proven education and training.

All education and training workshops are highly interactive, designed for adults, and contain elements of Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic Learning.

Each workshop can range in length from one to five days, with two to three days as the median.

We strongly believe that effective education and training is an ‘alloy’ of technical and social skills. As such, our offerings are listed alphabetically, rather than categorically. Each workshop or series will be tailored to your specific Enterprise needs and requirements, as part of our service.

Sample Workshop Description
Building Vigorous Enterprises
(One to Three Days)

Subject Headings:

Future Trends
Organizational Development and Lifecycles
Corporate Culture
In this unique workshop, R.E.V.V. takes you on a journey of organizational self discovery. Based on 30 years in business (15 consulting to organizations) we will describe industry and business trends that require development of vigorous enterprises.

Vigorous is defined by Webster’s Dictionary as “full of physical or mental strength or active force.” We make the case that thriving in the coming years requires exceptionally vigorous enterprises. Often, such enterprises are referred to as ‘Lean’.

Based on a simple, profound model, we will define and highlight the definitions, characteristics and requirements of the vigorous enterprise. R.E.V.V. will engage the CEO in active discussion of those requirements, and their potential impact.

Key issues covered:

Definition of vigorous as it applies to enterprises
Description/discussion - key characteristics of the vigorous enterprise
Participant’s assessment of his/her own organization, vs. these characteristics
Discussion of the ‘gap’ between current state and the vigorous enterprise
Development of ‘first steps’, toward development of a vigorous enterprise
Value to the Attendee. By the conclusion of this workshop, attendees will:
Have clear information on business and industry trends
Understand the characteristics of vigorous enterprises
Engage in discussion with the instructor and others as to the ramifications
Have determined the gap between his/her current state and ‘vigorous’
Have developed a working plan for taking the ‘first steps’ toward closing the gap
R.E.V.V. International is relentlessly focused on skill and knowledge transfer, to speed your journey toward the Vigorous (Lean) Enterprise. We have ready access to more than a dozen world-class consultant/trainers, each with many years of experience and deep skills (see ‘Friends of R.E.V.V.’). The composition of this team has been developed to be able to provide the right skills, to the right depth, just in time.

The ‘Decide-Experience Trap’ and how to avoid it
