(Lean) Enterprise Assessments – Technical and Social
Short,
intense, consultant and/or team based efforts, designed to produce
understanding of the current environment and a plan of action.
Vigorous (Lean) Enterprise Deployment Strategy Program
A
short, intense, participative program, developed for middle and
senior management. Program is designed to produce strategic, deployment,
resource and measurement plans in a short time.
Kaizen Selection, Execution, and Measurement
Short,
focused, team-based programs, designed to produce real results in
days, not months. This method can have many areas of focus. See

Lean (Vigorous Enterprise) ‘Champion’ Certificate
Program
Focused
program developed to transfer the minimum skillset needed to become
a Vigorous Enterprise ‘Champion’ (influential leader)
Lean
(Vigorous Enterprise) ‘Green Belt’ Certificate Program
Designed
to transfer real, useful skills to a wide variety of individuals,
this program combines classroom with teamwork and field work.
Lean (Vigorous Enterprise) Expert Development and Certification
Program
A
longer, deeper version of ‘Green Belt’ training, developed
to create certified ‘inside consultants’ in the deployment
of Vigorous (Lean) Enterprises. This program is also a combination
of class, team, and field work.
R.E.V.V. is well-known for the unique
ability to develop and deliver programs that are effective across
multiple sites and/or companies (e.g., multi-divisions within an
Enterprise, regional consortiums of Enterprises, supply chains,
etc.).
We
are able to quickly and effectively design customized programs for
your specific needs.
In
addition to our ‘program’ approach, R.E.V.V. stands
fully prepared to engage your Enterprise in a traditional ‘train
and consult’ role (strategy development, team building and
facilitation, project management, etc.).
