Mike is founder and principal of Quality Leadership Network. He specializes in Enterprise-wide performance improvement. Mike’s experiences include consulting, coaching, training and development of groups and individuals at all levels, across industries and sectors.

Mike has extensive experience (20 plus years) in leadership, organization and teamwork development, quality improvement systems, management/supervisory development, customer service improvement, quality assurance, business process improvement.

He especially enjoys integrating effort across, up, and down in the Enterprise, through application of coaching, organizational development, customer partnering, problem solving and process redesign techniques.

Prior to founding QLN, Mike was Director of Consulting and Training Services for the Connecticut Business and Industry Association (CBIA). He was also Director of Training and Development for the Hartford Life Insurance Company, and served on the Board of Examiners for the Connecticut Award for Excellence. Mike also has experience with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria and ISO quality assurance auditing.
