Larry is founder and principal of Resource Systems Group (RSG). He is a lean production and business systems expert. Larry has extensive industry experience in system selection, implementation, the integration of Kanban with MRPII, production planning, master scheduling, materials management, quality assurance, supplier development, and quality improvement tools.

While in industry, Larry had five years of experience selecting and implementing ERP systems in 6 manufacturing plants. As a consultant, he has added three more selections and implementations.

Larry has led many successful projects to improve shop floor operations utilizing hybrid, and lean planning and production techniques. Sample results include: reducing the distance parts travel by 90%; cutting lead time in half; tripling inventory turns; and, improving on-time delivery by 30 percentage points.

Prior to founding RSG, Larry served in several management roles, including Supplier Development and Assurance Manager, Manager of Customer Service, Manager of Planning and Scheduling, MRPII Project Leader and Quality Manager. While in these capacities, he led the application of Kanban, Kaizen, 5S and systems integration techniques.

Larry earned a BS in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is an active member of APICS and ASQ.
