Carmen Brickner is founder and principal of Clear Consulting. She has been business and non-profit communities as an independent consultant and educator for over a decade.

In meeting the organizational, technical and interpersonal needs of her clients, Carmen relies on many disciplines and tools. She provides a variety of services: CEO coach, facilitator, management developer and educator, reengineer, business system architect, organizational strategist, presentation coach, conflict negotiator and interpersonal counselor. Her clients cross many industries including healthcare, non-profit, small businesses, academia, manufacturing, engineering, consumer services, hospitality, financial, and auctions.

Prior to founding Clear Consulting, Carmen enjoyed 20 years in financial, information technology and management positions in several large local corporations such as CIGNA, St. Francis Hospital & Medical Center and Asea Brown Boveri (Combustion Engineering).

Carmen has a BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut with and is a CPA.

The progression of her career has included roles as Budget Analyst, Auditor, EDP Auditor, Organizational Consultant, Payroll and Salary Administration Manager, Manager of Financial Systems, Senior Consultant and Manager of IT Marketing. Carmen has lead over 35 implementations from local PC applications to international enterprise-wide initiatives.

Carmen is a member of ASTD, APT and CHHA.
