Brian is founder and principal of The Capra Group, a consulting and training firm. He is a business improvement expert, and has extensive industry experience in operations, finance, system selection and implementation, management systems and the focused application of advanced improvement tools. Brian has led many engagements that establish self-funding and self-sustaining team-based improvement efforts.

Solutions implemented by these improvement efforts include: Lean Production, Lean Supply Chain, Balanced Scorecard, Kaizen Team Process, Gainsharing, Training/Education Skill Gap Analysis, Process Redesign, Streamlined Business Systems, Policy Deployment, and Program Management.

Before founding Capra, he successfully managed a variety of business and financial organizations with Digital Equipment Corporation. Brian also led client engagements in the Manufacturing Consulting Practice of Deloitte & Touche.

Brian earned a BA in Economics from Boston College, an MBA from Boston University, and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
