Ken Branco provides management consulting and comprehensive training to a wide variety of industries and enterprises. His forte is development of the Lean Enterprise. Ken guides organizations to significant, measurable improvement in productivity, quality, lead time and customer service. He has nearly 30 years of business experience, encompassing engineering, information systems, leadership, training and consulting. Ken’s focus is on client success through self-sufficiency. He has successfully trained, facilitated, and/or managed well over two hundred teams, from senior management to the shop floor.
