is founder and principal of Productivity Improvement Technologies.
He is an innovative consultant with strong interpersonal, leadership
and technical skills. Bill has implemented business improvements
in a wide variety of environments and Enterprises.
Bill
creatively and effectively applies his broad knowledge of process
improvement methods, manufacturing engineering, and business
processes to identify and solve complex business problems.
Bill
has teamed with the leadership of over sixty facilities worldwide,
implementing improvement initiatives that resulted in reduced
working capital, improved inventory turns and improved customer
service levels in business both large and small.
Bill
has more than twenty years experience across wide variety of
industries. He is able to rapidly understand the needs of a
business and work with people at all levels of the organization
to make needed improvements.
Bill
is known and respected for the knowledge, interpersonal skills
and energy that he brings to any effort.
Prior
to founding Productivity, Bill gained broad experience in Manufacturing
Engineering and Quality Assurance in a variety of industries
including Aerospace, Machine Tool and Automotive.
Bill
is a graduate of Waterbury State Technical College, and has
received advanced training in Demand Flow, Consulting Competencies,
Rapid Cycle Methodology, Situational Leadership, Conflict Management,
and Change Management.
